We invite you to join our Annual General Meeting which will be held at:

The AGM is an opportunity for our members to hear of the Club’s activities throughout 2024, meet with members and learn more of future plans for the Club.
All members are encouraged to attend.
Nominations are called for the Committee.

All Nomination and/or Proxy forms must be completed and received by the Club
by 7.00pm on Wednesday 4th September – 24 hours in advance of the AGM.
BSC has many other opportunities across all areas of the Club.
Bring your expertise to sub-committee, working groups helping with such things as events, sponsorship, canteens, age group managers, governance and member engagement.
Other volunteering opportunities include grass roots on the ground support such as coaching or managing teams, ground set up and pack down, or simply throwing a sausage on the barbie to feed a hungry crew!
We encourage anyone who has an interest to contact us and have a chat about how they can get involved. No amount of your time is too big or too small and the Club needs volunteers!
